​What started as a dream in the heat of the 2020 pandemic has now become one of Nigeria’s leading luxury hair brands.

In 2021, I did what many called crazy . I resigned from my 9 to 5 job to chase what truly mattered to me: giving women the hair they deserve. Why? Because I’ve been there. I’ve spent my last money on wigs that looked nothing like the promise. I’ve felt the disappointment of investing in hair that didn’t deliver value. And as someone who loves hair deeply , who could spend her last naira just to feel beautiful , I knew something had to change.

That’s when Hair By Ginika was born. My mission was clear: to give women access to premium, luxurious strands at truly affordable prices.

Because here's the truth: you don’t have to rob a bank to look good. Your hair is your crown  and we believe it’s not just the icing on the cake, your hair is the cake itself. Every woman deserves to afford premium hair that enhances her beauty, boosts her confidence, and speaks to her worth.

So we’re here to make sure every strand we offer is both luxurious and accessible, handmade with love, and tailored for the woman who knows her value.

From a small online store run out of my room, we’ve moved into our  Emporium at Mary Land, Lagos. Now a trusted name in handcrafted raw hair, proudly serving over 5,000 amazing customers and counting.
